RFP – Ski & Snowboard Rental Equipment

1. Overview

Marble Mountain Development Corporation is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for the provision of ski and snowboard rental equipment and related components. This RFP supports the ongoing maintenance and replacement of the resort’s rental fleet.

2. Scope of Supply

Proponents may submit proposals for some or all of the following:

• Alpine skis
• Ski boots
• Snowboards
• Snowboard boots
• Ski poles
• Helmets
• Replacement parts and repair components

3. Proposal Requirements

Submissions should include:

• Product details and specifications
• Pricing and any volume discounts
• Availability and delivery timelines
• Warranty and service information
• Relevant experience supplying rental operations

4. Evaluation

Proposals will be evaluated based on overall suitability, product quality, pricing, and supplier support.
