TeRMS AND CONDITIONS

Discount Eligibility:
Discounts and perks are only valid for the season pass holder and cannot be shared or transferred.

Room Rentals:
The 20% discount on Marble Villa room rentals is subject to availability and may not be combined with other promotions.

Rental Shop Services:
The 20% discount on tune-ups and waxing applies only to regular-priced services.

Merchandise Discounts:
The 20% discount on Marble merchandise is applicable only to items available in-store and cannot be combined with other offers.

Event Tickets:
The 20% discount on event tickets is limited to selected events and must be purchased in advance.

Ski & Nature Park Passes:
The 25% discount on Pasadena Ski & Nature Park and Blow Me Down Trails season/day passes is valid for the 2026 season only.

Lessons:
The 20% discount on lessons is applicable for that season passholder only and must be booked in advance.

Locker Rental:
The locker fee is non-refundable and is due at the time of rental.

Modification of Terms:
Marble Mountain Resort reserves the right to modify or cancel these perks and terms at any time without prior notice.

SEASON PASSES – SET-UP YOUR SNOWCLOUD ACCOUNT

Step 1: Create Your SnowCloud Account

  1. Go to https://marblemountain.snowcloud.shop/auth/account
  2. Sign up using your email address.

Step 2: Verify your Email

  1. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email.  The code expires after 15 minutes.
  2. After entering the code, click “Submit”.

Step 3: Add Account Holder Information

  1. Enter your First Name and Last Name.
  2. Create a password.
  3. Agree to the Terms of Use & Privacy Policy. Sign-up for exclusive offers!
  4. Click Continue.

Step 4: Complete Your Profile

  1. Fill in your Contact Information (email, country, cell number).
  2. Add your Date of Birth.
  3. Select your Snow-Sports Preferences (Ski or Snowboard, skill level).
  4. Click on the + to Upload your Profile Picture.
  1. Upload a Profile Photo.

Step 5: Emergency Information*

  1. Provide an Emergency Contact (name, phone, email).
  2. Click Save.

*Step 5 and 6 are not required but recommended.

Step 6: Verify Your Phone Number*

  1. Enter your cell number.
  2. Confirm with a verification code.

Step 7: Click on Shop

  1. Go to Shop > Shop Skiing/Snowboarding > Season Pass.
  2. Select the appropriate Season Pass
  3. For Youth/Adolescent, Select Add New Guest > Family Member or Non-Family Member 
  4. Fill in pass holder information, profile picture, age.
  5. For Youth/Adolescent, parents or guardians must sign a waiver.

Step 8: Complete your Purchase

  1. Ensure you have all season passes included in your cart (Adult, Household, Youth/Adolescent, etc)
  2. Fill in payment information

Step 9: Hooray!
