Snow Tubing Park Rules & Responsibility Code

Snow tubing is a fun, family-friendly activity, but safety and courtesy are essential at all times. Entry to the tubing park requires a valid snow tubing lift ticket, and all participants must follow staff instructions. Unsafe conduct or failure to comply with rules may result in removal from the park without refund. Tubing involves inherent risks, and guests accept responsibility for their own safety and that of those in their care. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times, as staff do not provide direct supervision of children’s activities.

Participants must use only the tubes provided by management and remain within designated tubing park areas. Ski boots are not permitted while tubing. Tubes must be ridden by one person only, seated upright with both hands firmly gripping the handles, and riders must not place their feet down while sliding. Belly riding and lap riding are not allowed, and each rider must use their own tube regardless of age. Tubes must be returned to the storage corral after use. Riders must ensure the track is clear before starting, avoid stopping where they obstruct lanes, exit only at marked areas, and never cross active tubing tracks. In the event of a collision, participants must remain at the scene and identify themselves to ski patrol or staff.

Children must meet minimum height and age requirements to participate. Children under 1.1 metres (42 inches) in height are not permitted to tube, and the minimum age for tubing is three years old. Children over three but under 42 inches in height must be accompanied by a paying adult, and for younger children, adults may be required to slide first to assist at the bottom of the lanes.

Kids under 5 must be accompanied by an adult with a tubing ticket.

Guests must obey all signage, closures, and staff instructions at all times. Tubing operations may be limited or suspended due to weather or surface conditions, including severe weather, lightning, icy or wet conditions affecting safety, or winds exceeding 70 km/h. For safety reasons, a maximum of two tubes may be dispatched at one time, and no refunds are provided due to changing lane or weather conditions.

Management is not responsible for personal injury, damage, or wear to clothing or equipment resulting from participation in tubing activities. By entering the tubing park, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all rules and responsibility codes to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
