The Marble Villa offers a variety of accommodation options, from Studio suites with kitchenettes to 2-bedroom condos with full kitchens and gas fireplaces.

*A $10/night fee applies for air beds or travel cots.

If you require early check-in or late check-out, please notify us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate, based on availability.

Minimum Stay Requirements:

A two-night minimum stay applies on weekends (Friday/Saturday) during peak seasons (January-April, July-Thanksgiving), as well as for weddings and special events.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:

  • Full refund if canceled more than 48 hours before check-in.
  • If canceled within 48 hours of check-in, a cancellation fee equal to 1 night’s stay + HST will apply.
  • For reservations rolled forward from a previous stay, a 20% cancellation fee applies, even if canceled more than 48 hours in advance.

Pet Policy:

Pet-friendly rooms are available on the Ground Floor ONLY in Studios 101 and 105, and Deluxe Studios 102, 103, and 104. $25 cleaning fee will added to your invoice at check-in. Pets are NOT permitted on the 2nd and 3rd floors. A $250 fine applies for any pets found on these upper floors.


Smoking Policy:

The Marble Villa is a non-smoking property. A $250/night cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected in any room.

Quiet Hours:

Please respect other guests by observing quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM daily.
