Marble Villa Roofing Project – 2023 Tender

Marble Mountain Resort Steady Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador

Marble Mountain Development Corp is seeking proposals from qualified roofing contractors for a roofing project at Marble Mountain Ski Resort in Steady Brook. The project includes the removal and replacement of the existing roof, as well as any necessary repairs to the underlying structure.

Scope of Work:

• Removal and disposal of existing roofing materials
• Inspection and repair of underlying structure as needed (Note: Added on if and when identified / inspected)
• Installation of new roofing materials
• Clean-up and removal of debris

Materials:

• #2 Mystique Two Tone Brown
• Grip Guard
• Plastic Cement
• Roofing Nails
• Eave Starter
• Flange 3’ No Calk Roof Flashing

Timeline:

• Project start date: Subject to discussion and agreement
• Project completion date: September 23rd.

Proposal Requirements:

• Company profile and experience
• References from previous clients
• Detailed project plan and timeline
• Cost estimate, including all materials and labor
• Proof of insurance, licensing and fall arrest.

Proposal Submission:

Proposals must be submitted by July 22nd, 2023 to Wayne Hicks at wayne@skimarble.com.

Note: Late proposals will not be considered.

Evaluation Criteria:

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Experience and qualifications
• Project plan and timeline
• Cost
• References

Marble Mountain Development Corp. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals received. The selected contractor will be required to enter into a contract with the Marble Mountain Development Corp. and provide proof of insurance and licensing.
