Marble Mountain Development Corp. is accepting bids for the provision of buying an excavator and attachments.

We invite you to submit a quote for the purchase of a Caterpillar 309, John Deere 75G, Hitachi 310 or equivalent. We have thoroughly evaluated the specifications and requirements for the projects at hand, and we believe that one of these units listed would be an ideal fit for our needs.

Scope of Work:
The scope of work for this project involves the purchase and delivery of a excavator and attachments to our project site at Marble Mountain. The machine should be in brand-new condition, complying with the latest specifications and industry standards. The detailed requirements are as follows:

1. Equipment Specifications:
   -Model: 7-9 Ton operating weight Excavator
   -Year of Manufacture: 2023
   -Digging Bucket
   -Ditching Bucket
   -Quick Cupler
   -Mulcher
   -Standard Blade
   -Buster/Hammer
   -Hydraulic Thumb
2. Delivery Schedule:
   -The machine should be delivered to Marble Mountain no later than July 21/2023.
   -Any additional transportation or handling charges should be clearly specified.
3. Warranty and Support:
   -Comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty covering a minimum of 12 months.
   -Provide details regarding after-sales support, including maintenance, repair, and availability of spare parts.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms:
   -Submit your detailed pricing proposal, including the unit price, taxes, and any other applicable charges.
   -Specify the payment terms, such as deposit requirements, milestone payments, etc.
5. Evaluation Criteria:
   -Our decision will be based on several factors, including compliance with specifications, pricing, warranty, reputation, and previous experience.
