Take to the trails and meet three fantastic chefs who will create delicious small plate meals to warm you on your way.
Starting at Marble Mountain, the route will go through Pynn’s Brook and Pasadena, and end back at Marble.
The route includes a ride to the top of Marble, allowing one-day-only snowmobile access to incredible views over The Humber Valley and The Bay of Islands
Jorge Cortes and Diego Serrano of Tlacuache Restaurant will present traditional Mexican food.
David Vatcher of Best Coast Restaurant will prepare a French-inspired plate with the best of Newfoundland ingredients.
Adam Bishop, of Bishops Tavern, will meet you at the top of Marble Mountain for some of the west coast’s best BBQ.
You’ll receive a drink ticket to enjoy at the Lodge after the event; so grab some buddies, enjoy the best of Corner Brook’s culinary talent, and make a full day of it!
