UTV Replacement

Marble Mountain Development Corp. is seeking proposals for the replacement of side by side (UTV) replacement at Marble Mountain Development Corp.
Scope of work:
- Provide 1 1000cc 4-6 seat Side by side (UTV)
- Tracks
- Heater
- Wiper
- Winch
- Roof
Specification Features:
- Engine: Each UTV must be equipped with a 1000cc engine to provide the necessary power and performance for our operations.
- Track Accessories: Must have a track system add on to enhance traction and stability, especially in off-road and challenging terrain.
- A heater system should be installed to ensure that the UTVs can be comfortably operated in cold weather conditions, extending their utility throughout the year.
- Windshield wipers are a necessity to maintain visibility during inclement weather, ensuring safety for the operators.
- Winch: A winch should be included to assist in recovery and towing operations
- Warranty: We require a minimum 5-year warranty for each UTV to protect our investment and provide peace of mind regarding maintenance and repairs.
- Hard top roof: UTV should be equipped with a roof for protection from the elements and to ensure operator comfort.

Marble Mountain Development Corp. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept any proposal in whole or in part, or award the contract to the supplier that best meets the organization’s needs.
Evaluation Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Compliance with specifications.
- Pricing and cost-effectiveness.
- Warranty terms and post-sales support.
